Top up your Steam balance in tenge

There is a list of account requirements, the compliance of which will allow us to top up the balance:

The country of your account must be one of the CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, etc.).

For accounts in the countries of China, Turkey and other non-CIS countries, replenishment is not available. To top up other countries, use Steam gift cards.

If such a login does not exist on Steam, then the money will not be lost and we will be able to re-send it to the correct login.

If you entered an incorrect login, contact Steam support. Write to them that you entered your steam login incorrectly when replenishing your balance. Indicate which one you indicated and which one is correct. Be sure to attach a receipt for payment.

If you have entered the correct LOGIN (this is not a nickname) and the balance of your account is rubles (₽), replenishment occurs instantly.

Once payment has been made, refunds will only be issued if there is an error. In this case, you have the right to request a refund to TP. If you made a mistake in your Steam login (or email) and the payment was successful, then a refund is not possible.

The funds will be returned with a deduction of 50 rubles and 3% of the amount. Any refund amount.

To top up, we have to convert funds into different currencies.

Sometimes the amount may differ by 1-5% from the indicated amount (payment providers are responsible for the conversion).

Note! Login is what you specify when logging into Steam. If you enter an incorrect login, the funds will go to another user.

If you are replenishing an account that has not previously had financial transactions, its region may change to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan or another similar region, and the currency to CIS $ (or others).

To avoid this and save the region (country) from which you log into your account, follow these instructions:

1. Log in to Steam in your browser or program.

2. Add at least two free games to your account. For example, PUBG and Dota 2. We recommend adding games using the Steam library in the application on your smartphone.

3. Play at least 2-3 hours in the added game.

4. Don't forget to turn off your VPN. Receiving free games on Steam must occur in your home region.

Ready! Even after the first top-up, your account will have the currency of your home region, which means all prices for games will be shown as for your home region. (this method is not a 100% guarantee and in some cases may still not work. For the first replenishment, we recommend trying to top up your balance with a minimum amount)

P.S: Using this method for the country Russia, you also receive regional restrictions associated with Russian accounts. Some games in the Steam library will not be available for purchase in this region.
