Top up balance PUBG: Mobile

There is a list of account requirements, compliance with which will allow us to top up the balance:

• Your account country should be one of the CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, etc.).

For accounts with countries China, Turkey and other countries not included in the CIS — top-up is not available. For topping up other countries, use Steam gift cards.

If such a login does not exist in Steam, then the money will not be lost and we will be able to resend them to the correct login.

If you entered the wrong login, contact Steam support. Write to them that you incorrectly specified the Steam login when topping up the balance. Indicate which one you specified and which one is correct. Be sure to attach the payment receipt.

If you specified the LOGIN correctly (this is not a nickname) and your account balance is rubles (₽), the top-up happens instantly.

If you have not received funds to your balance within 10 minutes, please contact Technical Support (widget in the right corner of the screen)

After payment, a refund is made only if an error occurs. In this case, you have the right to request a refund from TP. If you made a mistake in the Steam login/or email, and the payment was successful, then in this case a refund is not possible.

Funds will be refunded with a deduction of 50 rubles and 3% of the amount. The refund amount is any.

For topping up, we have to convert funds into different currencies.

Sometimes the amount may differ by 1-5% from the specified (payment providers are responsible for conversion).

Please note! Login is what you specify when logging into Steam. If you specify the wrong login, the funds will go to another user.

If you are topping up an account that has not previously had financial transactions, its region may change to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan or another similar region, and the currency to CIS $ (or others).

To avoid this and save the region (country) from which you log into your account, follow these instructions:

1. Log in to Steam in your browser or program.
2. Add at least two free games to your account. For example PUBG and Dota 2. We recommend adding games using the Steam library in the smartphone app.
3. Play at least 2-3 hours in the added game.
4. Don't forget to turn off VPN. Getting free games on Steam should happen in your home region.

Ready! Your account will have the currency of your home region even after the first top-up, which means all game prices will be shown as for your home region. (this method is not a 100% guarantee and in some cases may still not work. For the first top-up, we recommend trying to top up your balance with a minimum amount)

P.S: Using this method for Russia, you also receive regional restrictions associated with Russian accounts. Some games in the Steam library will not be available for purchase in this region.
